◆ Through the inference of the experimental data, the cleaning efficiency has a great relationship with the laser energy density. When the laser energy density is very small, the laser has no obvious effect on the surface of rubber layer. When the laser energy density increases, the rubber surface begins to be cleaned off by laser, but the cleaning rate is low. When the laser energy density reaches to a certain value, the cleaning efficiency will reach at 100%, and the substrate surface keeps intact. When the laser energy density is further increased, ablation on the surface of the substrate can be found under the microscope, although complete cleaning is achieved. When the light spot is not changed, the monopulse energy of the laser is positively proportional to the laser energy density.
